  I had a package sent from Colombia and it hasn't been delivered for 25 days. The answer is that they're holding it and they won't say why. How irresponsible!

  So much better than the post office! The service here is excellent, and the whole process is incredibly quick and easy. Highly recommend!

  Janaya was such an amazing help! I really appreciated her customer service and how she greeted me with a smile. I was rushing to get to the tucker location before they closed but I called the location and Janaya kindly waited until I came to help me get my package. Thank you Janaya!
