I wish I could give a Big Fat Zero! They constantly run out of many of the main meats, steak is often plus not even having add on like peppers other add ons. I recently had a coupon for 2 sandwiches that did not have exclusions, but when I ordered, the server said was only certain meats which coupon said nothing. He said only certain coupons were in the offer. Toccoa is a small town but this Subway constantly is way under par for service. Manager should have approved the coupon. Go elsewhere for a sub....this location is awful! They have really good sandwiches but service has went downhill and at this point I will find another Subway in another area
UPDATE:
New district manager responded with a back and forth (Haley) to resolve. I stated maybe a coupon for a sandwich for both my wife and I or even 1 or anything to try to make the situation better....... CRICKETS! If anyone is in Toccoa and want a sub sandwich, go elsewhere! I've had many Subway sandwiches in my past but Toccoa Subway ranks at the bottom of the barrel.

Went in for lunch today and got my regular favorite sandwich. Can’t go wrong with the Chicken, Bacon Ranch. 😌 Food was amazing and the newer manager Paige was incredible. She went out of her way to make everything just the way I wanted it and went beyond my expectations and I can honestly say she has really turned this store around and is the best thing to happen to this store so THANK YOU to whoever hired her! 10/10 experience.

This restaurant is the world worse when it comes to customer service! The employees have no sense of urgency what so ever when it comes to get the customers their food out. It shouldn’t take someone 30 minutes to make a sandwich. I did an online order an hour ago and it’s still not done. It’s a shame how they are and how slow the service is. If I could rate them a 0 i definitely would. I only come here cause my husband loves subways but it’s always a major disappointment every time smh do better and also, my understanding was that online orders should be first priority. That’s the reason why we order online.

Been here for 30 minutes still haven’t gotten my food there was 1 person in front of me absolutely terrible
The workers were joking with Each other rather than doing their job and making sandwiches
I am hungry and they are moving very very very slow

Lets just start with the poor management apparently they hire just anybody horrible hygiene as well as poor attitudes. Employees are constantly complianing about having to do their job rarely have the supplies to make half the food an the bread is hard an never have varieties advertised if you turn you eye for on second they put whatever they want an not ratios sandwhich calls for bc they dont want to go get replacements.. Horrible do better owners hold your management accountable an people drive elsewhere to get your food dont waste your hard earned money at this location till something is done.
