  The employees were wonderful in assisting and helping . I gave 3 stars because I called to check pick up times before going to the store. The automated system stated 6 pm was the pick up time. I got to the store and was told they had already picked up for the day. Please update the system as other customers were coming in with the same issue. Other than that the customer service was great, the employees kept apologizing.

  Had to send a bunch of blankets to the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Rescue to be used as prizes for donations. The staff member who helped me was vere friendly and courteous. I had to call the recipient to let her give the staff her information and pay for the shipment, and the staff was very agreeable to taking the information over the phone. It was very fast and easy.

  My visit today was A+, as always. Friendly, pleasant, no hassle! Von was at the counter today and went above and beyond to help me and the other customers!

  This is my favorite UPS store, always willing to help me make sure that my packages get back off to the factory or wherever they may need to go. Chloe and Tabitha both were super helpful.
