  Rod needs a raise and some big Kudos! I came in after not having any luck with the corporate customer service and she was able to resolve my issue in no time and still was able to help other coworkers with questions they had while still taking care of me.

  Eveytime I have to come to this store they are very nice, friendly, thorough and prompt. I have never had a problem with anything mailed or being returned in over 10 years of using them.

  I truly appreciate Rod for her great customer service. She was very helpful and polite, you don’t find the customer service she gave to me today, so when I get the kind of service she gave to me I want some to know. Keep up the great job young lady

  Store isn't open in the mornings when they are supposed to be. The store lacks good leadership and employees. Boxes left on cart don't always get scanned. Lots of issues here at this store.
