  This is my local subway shop. My mother likes to have subway at least once a week. You'd think they'd recognize me or my order but they don't. The atmosphere is clean and neat but the employees could use a little more training on how to engage with customers and to be consistent with the sandwich making. There is one particular employee that has the worst attitude. No smile, not a friendly subway employee, she throws my food in the bag and then practically throws the bag at me. Im scared to really tell her what I want due to the fact it will probably irritate her more. She ruins the entire experience. Unfortunately this one employee works all the time, I see her on a weekly basis. I have manners but does she?? Anyhow she barely puts any meat on my mother's sandwich. It's just turkey ham and dressings. If I ask for mayo I get a ton and it ruins the sandwich. This is how I know I'm not wrong. I came one day while corporate/ or owners were there sitting at a table near the counter. Said employee was overly friendly, put ample amount of meat on the sandwich, handed me the bag, even included napkins. I knew right then it was an act and sure enough I came in the following week and she we back to her normal self. Consistency is key in preparing and presenting food to customers. And in this subway I never know what I'm going to get. We will continue to pick up subway from this location bc it's closest to us. I just wanted to say something bc the employees represent subway and in this case, it's not a good thing. The food always looks fresh and tate good. The bathrooms are clean. The location is helpful in the Kroger shopping plaza.

  Finally!! I have stayed away from this Subway for a few months because the price was not worth what we would get. The young man that worked tonight was nice and polite, and made great sandwiches, we got what we feel we paid for. Also, the young lady working with him was polite too. Thank you for a pleasantly unexpected experience.

  The man that works up there is just rude. I want be back to that one. Just doesn't want to put nothing on the sandwiches.
