  just ordered a sub with chips and a drink. everything was good except the drink. I got a fountain drink, yeah im regretting that it has a sulfur taste and smell, when is the last time you washed your soda machine or changed the filters? I have tried to contact the store multiple times since I picked up my order around 4pm. Either the employees don't know how to answer the phone or they are purposefully not answering the phone. retraining is strongly encouraged.

  After working 11 hours and having youth sports after, I thought the last thing I wanted to do was cook— but it turns out it’s going to the local subway to deal with the worker’s attitude problems. Not the guys… but Jenny definitely needs a customer service class. I don’t leave reviews, but considering I’ve given this place 5 tries in the year I’ve lived here and keep having this same issue, here I am, because unless people speak up— it won’t change. I don’t have an issue at any other place in town, so it’s obvious it’s a problem that is allowed by management not by lack of workforce.
