  Things have definitely improved at the Sylvania Advance Auto Parts! Very friendly and helpful staff. Both on the phone and off. This was the ladies, the big dude that I brought the core back for my refund acted as if he couldn’t be bothered.

  Originally ran in to grab a few small things for a temporary fix for my customer just trying to get home. Managed to waste 20 minutes of my life on why it wouldn’t work and who I brought with me. Was so unnecessary to be like that I’ve worked on cars far too long to be confronted by anyone who has barely changed a battery without safety glasses. So now I’ve decided I’m much happier to take my money and time elsewhere. (Great job guy looks like it’s not the first time you inconvenienced your own customers) :(

  The manager Chris was super helpful with a warranty claim on a battery with a bad cell. He went above and beyond with changing the battery and running additional tests on my alternator and starter to make sure nothing else was wrong.
