  I needed to print 3 pages in black and white. UPS was close to the post office where I had to send and so I went. Easy enough right? Print and go. Not quite, not only did I have to pay for the pages but also a “full service” fee. This is such a scam. Never again! FEDEX does not do this. Terrible business model UPS.

  First of all the state of Georgia only allows by statute for a maximum of a two dollar charge for a notary. Also any other fees, such as a clerical fee can be charged, but the person must be told prior to. , I was charged two dollars a print service fee for basically asking for a color copy. Something I was not notified of and the fact that the color copier Is behind the counter and not self service, I guess I had no choice. Part of me did not want to waste my time writing this, but nowadays five dollars is a big deal. I hate being nickel and dimes Now I understand why this UPS store gets such crappy reviews

  I go out of my way to use this location because I always have a great experience here! Today, I was 5th in line and it was my turn in less than 5minutes (with two employees). The young employees usually go out of their way to be helpful too which is hard to find nowadays.

  I usually have to go to a UPS Store whenever I need to return something I purchased online. Every time I visit a UPS Store, I’ve always felt welcomed and had a pleasant experience. However, my experience at this particular location was very different. I did not feel the same friendliness or positive atmosphere that I had experienced at other locations, and I left feeling quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location for future shipments or returns.
