  I stopped by UPS to ship a package and was fortunate to be helped by Amir. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. The store was busy, but he remained calm, professional, and made sure every customer received excellent service. Amir helped me choose the best shipping option for my needs and had everything taken care of in just a few minutes. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and his willingness to make sure I felt confident that my package would arrive safely. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who clearly cares about providing great customer service. Amir is a tremendous asset to this UPS location, and I’ll gladly return because of the positive experience he provided.

  I had an excellent experience at UPS thanks to Amir! He went above and beyond to help me send a package and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Amir was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to answer my questions, explained my shipping options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Amir truly stands out. His positive attitude and willingness to help turned what could have been a routine errand into a great experience.   I went into Suwannee UPS store today w/ a USPS question and they were so nice and helpful! I’ve been to other UPS stores and this one was by far much more helpful, considerate, and friendly.
