  I would strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store if possible. I went in to have an important letter notarized and sent out. I paid for the notary service and trusted that everything had been properly handled. I later found out—only because the recipient contacted me—that the letter was never sent. No one from the store called or notified me that there was an issue. When I called the store to figure out what happened, the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on and were not helpful in resolving the situation. For something as important as a notarized document, this level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. If I hadn’t heard from the recipient, I would have continued assuming the letter had been sent. To make the experience even worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so we were sitting there sweating while waiting to have the document notarized. Between failing to send an important document that I paid to have handled, the lack of communication, the unhelpful response afterward, and the uncomfortable conditions inside the store, this was an extremely frustrating experience. The entire operation came across as disorganized and poorly managed. If you have important or time-sensitive documents, I would recommend going somewhere else.
