    This place is absolutely disgusting. I walk in and the only employee on shift is on her phone on FaceTime in front of me and doesn’t even try to talk to a few minutes go by. The sign outside of the building said that you could get a 6 inch for $3.99 I asked the same question multiple times “ hey what’s that sign about?” I don’t get an answer. She points to a completely different item with a different price on it and I start getting frustrated. Then with gloves on she picks up her phone, ends the FaceTime call, and in an annoyed expression ,pulls the door to come out in the seating area and uses the gloves to open the main door to see what sign I am talking about. She proceeds to go back inside and attempts to use the gloves to pick out the bread choice that I wanted and I had to stop her and ask her to change her gloves out and she just rolled her eyes at me….(disgusting and rude)when we’re done making the sandwich she slams the sandwich down and it looks disheveled. I pay and I eat the sandwich and I end up getting sick when I get home. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS GOING TO HAVE YOU COMING BACK. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

    I ordered online. When I arrived at the time I was supposed to pick it up, I walk in and there is one worker, she has 2 online tickets in front of her and she’s just standing there on her phone. Then I get my sandwich and get home and there is barely any meat and no cheese. And the Italian herb and cheese bread is a joke these days. It used to be the best bread out of all the sub places.

    They advertise $3.99 now for a cold cut sandwich all over their front windows and on the menu boards, yet I was charged $7.99 for the sandwich, and they charged me for the turkey sandwich, not the cold cut sandwich. When I asked, they told me they had to advertise it for two weeks before they start the sell, and I was like, " What?" I have never heard of that, and it is very misleading. So, after they refused to honor the price of $3.99 for the sandwich, I just paid for it and went to eat at a table. While I sat there, I decided to order the same thing though the subway app at their location, and it came to $6.98 total with the chips and drinks included. The $3.99 price was honored through the app but not at the store. I was very upset when I paid almost double the $6.98 price. Needless to say, I will not be eating at this store anymore. They lied about it and would not honor what the price was in the app either. Poor customer service and misleading pricing if you eat at the store!

    I ordered an online sub to pick it up. The moment i entered, the employee/owner (Udin?) was upset that I had an online order because he makes "less money online". He started making my sandwich and I asked if I can tell him ingredients I want and he said "No, next time make in person order". I had 2 sandwiches so he made one and then a customer walks in so he starts making her order and was super friendly to her. She asked him to remove the end part of tomato and he did it with a smiling face. After that, he started making my 2nd sandwich with a frown on his face. Then when I asked him to remove the end part of the tomato, he got upset and said "Tomatoes cost $3.50 a pound and you are asking me to modify. Next time order in person" and at that point, I was clearly upset and told him to stop arguing with the customer and that I will report him to customer service...and he goes "go ahead and tell the franchise, I dont care". It was an upsetting experience when I was discriminated whether because I was male or of indian descent or maybe because I ordered online....he was clearly friendly to the 2 female customers and had a smiling face. He said his name was Udin and that he didn't care if I reported. Suffice to say, Subway will not be at the top of my list of places to eat...many friendly places where I wouldnt get discriminated.
