I am so incredibly angry right now. I am from out of town, and back in my hometown, the Subway staff are amazing—they literally throw two massive handfuls of toppings on the sub without you even having to ask. I love them so much that I always leave them a $10 tip. I actually appreciate good service.
But this place? Absolute garbage.
First of all, the capsicums weren't even cut right. They were chopped into these huge, thick chunks instead of being thinly sliced like they’re supposed to be. And even then, she barely gave me anything! I watched her put literally one or two pieces of capsicum on the bread. I asked her, "Can you please add a bit more?" and she just completely ignored me. Barely any onions, barely any stuffing at all. It was basically empty bread.
When I asked her a second time if she could please just add a little more, she literally stopped, made a face at me, and stared me dead in the eyes like I was causing a problem. Excuse me? I am the customer here. If you hate your job that much and can't handle giving people a normal quantity of food, just quit and shut the place down.
To top it all off, I got completely ripped off. I ordered two footlongs. At my usual Subway stores, my total is never above $15.65 because they are about $7 each. This girl somehow made my total almost $20! Charging me an extra $5 for absolutely nothing, on a sandwich that had barely any food in it, all while giving me a miserable attitude?
I ended up buying the two subs because I was stuck, but I am never, ever stepping foot in this location again. Fix your staff's attitude.
This used to be my favorite place, but lately when I visit during lunchtime, I’ve noticed that gloves aren’t being changed between handling the register and preparing different subs.
This Subway is probably the best one around here. The store is clean and bright, and the food is well organized. The key thing is they prepare the sandwiches much more neatly than other locations—they layer the toppings on the bread in an orderly way and wrap everything up really tidily.

I am very disappointed with this branch. We visited twice, and on both occasions, a tip was added to our payment without our consent. There was no option to decline the tip during checkout.
We placed our orders to go, not for dine-in service. Additionally, the details on the receipts were incorrect.

I understand that things in the restaurant business can get busy but if you advertise a cold cut combo as being ham, bologna, ams salami, please for the love of God don't give a person a ton of bologna and call it a day. Reputation is everything. Other than that I've never had a bad experience at this location.
