  i went to advanced auto parts 2 weeks ago to have my car battery changed, but the lady who was trying to install my battery for my car didn’t know how to install it she put - to + and + to - and the whole power from the car went down and they she called some one else for help they were acting everything is normal to hide their error but i knew something is up and let them do their job to figure it out then the guy front he store his name was panda he told me i have to order small part to make it work and he did it but after that my car audio sound wend away and try to call them 3 to 4 times they were keep telling me we will call u back but still haven’t heard anything from them, this place is a scam and don’t know what they doing
