  Don’t pay extra for the warranty they don’t honor it My sons phone stopped working on the fifth day we got it, brand new phone we watched them open it. I even selected the full coverage charge per line. None of that mattered. They want $130-$180 for another phone Insurance coverage means nothing to this company The day we got the phones my original review was five stars now Brooke avoids me when trying to get this phone replaced. Six months later I’m still paying for service I can’t use I feel robbed. Can’t afford to pay for service I don’t use can’t afford to pay for another phone can’t afford to cancel line. Smdh im trapped
