  NOT OPENING on Time In rush of getting work i had to stop by to send out impirtant package. And this store says its open and door schedule says it is suppose to be open but not opened. Called no answer It shoulda been open 30 mins ago NOT RELIABLE location if u are in rush or in any schedule.

  My experience at this UPS location was very disappointing. The customer service was unfriendly, and the employees seemed uninterested in helping. I asked a few questions because I needed assistance, but the responses were brief and lacked courtesy and professionalism. At the end of my visit, I said, “Thank you, have a nice day,” and no one responded or even acknowledged my goodbye. Small gestures like being polite and respectful make a big difference in customer service. I hope they improve their attitude and remember that treating customers with kindness is an important part of their job.

  Hello Sugar Hill UPS Store Manager, I was unable to find a direct way to contact management, so I am leaving this review to express my concern about the customer service I have experienced at your store, expecially an incident that occured around 4:30 pm on Jun.8 2026. I would like to complain about a female employee who has been consistently rude and unprofessional toward us when we drop off packages.This is not an isolated incident. We have had similar negative experiences with her multiple times. Whenever we bring in several or many packages for drop-off, her facial expressions often convey disrespect and impatience. She frequently gives us dirty looks and glares at us, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as customers. Please note that we always use to self-service scanned machine to handle all packages NOT asking for her assistance. Sometimes, we might ask where we could place packages, and she also responded in the same way. Rather than providing courteous service, she appears irritated by our presence and gives the impression that serving us is an inconvenience. To my perspective, customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The repeated nature of these interactions has left a very negative impression of the store, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the store manager or owner regarding this matter.

  I am at this store a lot shipping packages. They are always polite and helpful. The staff goes above and beyond.
