  0 star if possible. Don’t ever come here. It is even worse if you ask for the manager, they will try to push you out of the store.

  Stupid, no knowledge, irresponsible manager. Ruined everything and act like it is not their problem. Don’t ever come here if you don’t want to risk your time or anything. Just try to go to Peachtree Industrial store about 10 minutes away, they will take care everything for you perfectly.

  I visit this UPS location often, and I consistently have a great experience. The staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful with customers. Rebecca especially goes above and beyond to assist and always tries to find a solution whenever you need help. It’s a great location with a wonderful team and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  I had an absolutely horrible experience at this UPS location and unfortunately, it was almost entirely because of the white lady at the front counter. Every other part of my experience was fine, but dealing with her completely ruined what should have been a simple and straightforward visit. The lady would rather be on her phone than actually help a customer, and multiple times I felt like I was being inconvenienced simply for asking for assistance. Instead of helping me, she repeatedly sent me to figure things out and do things myself, which completely defeats the purpose of having someone at the front counter to assist customers. Her attitude came across as dismissive, impatient, and extremely disrespectful, and I genuinely felt like she didn’t care that I was standing there needing help. It wasn’t just one small interaction either, it was the overall way she treated me throughout the experience that made it so unpleasant. I understand that employees can have bad days but that doesn’t excuse making a customer feel unwelcome or like they’re bothering you by asking for basic assistance. I have nothing against anyone personally, but her behavior left such a bad impression that she genuinely ruined my entire experience with this location. It’s disappointing because the location itself could have been perfectly fine, but one employee’s lack of professionalism and respect completely outweighed everything else. Customer service should not feel like you’re being punished for needing help.
