  Terry and Will took care of a battery exchange issue like champs. My old battery was only a year out but still under warranty. It scanned as never sold due to someone not doing their job properly. Terry and Will spent over an hour to rectify the situation. Terry and Will are the best examples of why I only shop at Advance Auto Parts for my automotive needs!

  We love to shop at this location. The manager, Leart is very knowledgeable, experienced, and always so helpful when we come in. Definitely recommend them for honestly and integrity.

  Didnt let me return my freon even tho the bottle was full and brand new spent $40 for nothing close this location down ASAP.

  Beware of using the same day delivery service!! I Use their same-day delivery service yesterday said it would be delivered before 8pm on 6-3 but never received it The next morning I received a email saying it was on way and a delivered email almost immediately I checked but no package at my home So when I called customer service He said driver left at a house with a white door of course I do not have a white door so did not receive package at all because apparently the driver’s not coming back to get it wherever part was delivered to They apparently don’t know the address where it was delivered to So I Just got a refund instead now I got to wait 10 days according to the email I received from advanced automotive to get money back and still don’t have the parts I need to fix my car. What a big waste of my time and money
