  Today 8/26/2026 was a horrible experience. Customer service was horrible came in to place a order was told to place online order. No one was in line to order so what's the issue a lazy employee who doesn't greet customers and also is very rude. I almost walked out because as a paying customer there should be some level of respect and responsibilitiy for the job. Yes I did get my food but this one bad experience can continue if she doesn't get it together. I came in around 5:45pm today.

  Worst place to order chicken wings. They give you leftovers mix with fresh wings. Leftovers are very old and dry. I don’t understand how this place is still doing business.

  Soon as I walked in, instead of greeting me with a smile, one of the cooks immediately started telling me the bathroom wasn’t working. I told her that wasn’t what I was there for. I sat down to charge my phone and ordered on the app. She then comes and asks me have I ordered yet, in which I say I ordered on the app. I ordered boneless wings and they were hard and overcooked. My wings barely had any sauce. I watched them give a customer free ranch but when I asked they tried to charge me. I asked for a cup of ice for my gallon of water and the guy went back and forth with me about it being $3. I will never come back. Unprofessional conduct and it was very hot inside.
