  I have been patronizing this location since I learned they had opened. The customer service has always been great, with the exception of my visit today. I’m hoping this was just an off day. I came in to ship an Amazon return about 15 minutes before closing. I brought in two boxes—one of which was too small, so I planned to transfer the item into a larger box. I asked if I could use their tape, and an older lady replied, “No, but you can purchase some.” I purchased the tape, and then a gentleman came from behind the counter and rushed me to finish packing the item. He ended up sealing the box with the same tape they had initially told me I couldn’t use. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the tape I had just used, he gave me a look and simply told me the total. Because I normally don’t have issues at this location and have generally had positive experiences, I’m willing to give them another opportunity. I hope this was simply an isolated incident.

  Fantastic service from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. The store is well presented, well stocked, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. Every question was answered professionally and simply to provide the best (quick and convenient) customer service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to family and friends. Thank you so much for all the help and support. IT REALLY IS A GREAT TEAM AT A WONDERFUL STORE.

  Josh is my customer service rep here at UPS and anybody that can call my daughter down he did he must be an angel in disguise. I appreciate his customer service and I appreciate his patience and we will continue to use UPS for any and every use
