  I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Deja! I was honestly having a really bad day yesterday when I came in, but Deja’s kindness, patience, and positive attitude completely changed my experience and made my day feel so much lighter. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, and she made me feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. It’s not every day that you come across someone who can brighten your day just by being kind, and Deja truly did that for me. She is a wonderful representation of great customer service and definitely an asset to the team. Thank you, Deja, for turning my day around!

  The store is clean, and most importantly Josh is respectful, kind, courteous and fast. I can get in, take care of business, and go home.

  Worse customer service ever!!! I went in before they closed at 6:30 just for a drop off only to walk in and the older black man was talking out loud about "sorry ass kids, just lazy etc" just carrying on cursing not even a proper greeting. He finally acknowledged me only to say "my system down come back tomorrow " and it wasn't even 6:30.

  Best kept UPS store I have seen in a long time. Great customer service and very knowledgeable front desk associate.

  I'm always come here to pickup packages and check the mail. I never had a bad experience here. Josh is friendly and does not waste time. I always feel welcome when I show up. This is my favorite location.
