I've only ordered from here twice and both times they messed my order up

Subway is honestly one of the most frustrating places I’ve ordered from. I asked for bacon on my sandwich, didn’t receive it, but still got charged for it. On top of that, even when I pay extra for meat, they barely put anything on the sandwich like it’s not part of the order. Or as if it’s coming out of their paycheck
What makes it worse is the customer service. I called to explain what happened and all I got was a dry “okay.” No apology, no accountability, and no offer to fix it or remake the order.
Even ordering through the app doesn’t help same mistakes, same lack of care, and no one taking responsibility when something is clearly wrong. At this point, it just feels like a pattern of bad service that makes it not worth the money or frustration.
