    Customer service is horrible! Made an online order and this man dismissed me and it before really checking the order. As I'm standing there he cancels the order. I asked for his name and a refund and he got even more rude. Called his manager and he came in to make my order because his employee was so incompetent. Will never come back to this location. Still waiting for a refund

    if I could leave zero stars, I would there was a rude Indian man who kept asking for tips while making my sandwich and would not stop it when I said no to the tips he kept requesting it. he was very rude when handing me, my sandwich and my receipt. I do not recommend coming to the subway at this Walmart

    On Wednesday night at approximately 10:10 PM, I visited the Subway establishment located within Walmart. My intention was to purchase sweet tea and cinnamon pretzels. I encountered an elderly gentleman with a beard, and despite my attempts to communicate my order for sweet tea and cinnamon pretzels, there appeared to be a significant language barrier, as neither of us could fully comprehend the other. While the communication difficulty itself is not my primary concern, I must express my unease regarding the transaction. The individual stated a price of $7, which I paid in cash. Subsequently, I observed him discreetly placing the cash aside rather than depositing it into the register. Furthermore, I did not receive a receipt for my purchase, which I found to be unusual.

    They in here nickel & diming. The Indian man up front put all this pepperoni on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for, & changed me for xtra, double meat. Charged for extra cheese. They’re also promoting a 6.99 footlong & he charged 10.99. I definitely wouldn’t recommend supporting a business that goes about duplicitous means to get over on customers. Please double check your receipts!

    This location has horrible customer service, my card was used here when called for help the “owner” was rude and hung up in my face. I live in Tennesse how can I do a pick up for a location 6 hours away from me. Yes it’s been reported but I was calling to get help he alert to the owner who could care less. Be careful using this location they steal
