  I would like to take a moment to recognize Coco, the store manager at Citi Trends, for her outstanding professionalism and leadership. After an incident that occurred the night before involving an employee, I returned to the store today and was truly impressed by how Coco handled the situation. She was calm, respectful, and extremely professional in the way she addressed everything. Coco took the time to listen, communicated clearly, and handled the matter with maturity and integrity. It was very evident that she takes her role seriously and genuinely cares about maintaining a respectful and well-managed environment for both customers and employees. Situations like that can easily be mishandled, but Coco demonstrated strong leadership and accountability, which made a lasting impression on me. When I came into the store today, she was courteous, welcoming, and composed, showing no signs of stress or frustration. Her professionalism turned what could have been an uncomfortable experience into a positive one. Managers like Coco set the standard for excellent customer service and effective leadership. Thank you, Coco, for handling the situation with grace and professionalism. Citi Trends is fortunate to have a manager like you leading the store.
