  The new GM Ashely do not care about the customers. I spend $72 for some unflavored wings and very oily. She refuse to give me a refund or remake the wings. I am going to stick with Southpoint location.

  The heavy set female had me waiting 5 minutes and did not ask how can I help you. She just kept fixing orders instead of working the register. I had to approach her to say I would like to order. She is handling food and money with no gloves on. The cook was not wearing gloves either. The young lady with a blond.pony tell need to put her hair under her hat or wear a hair new her hair could fall in the food. Basically they are lack proper hygiene when preparing the food. None of the workers wearing.gloves. I won't be back. I hope I do not find hair in my food. Now the heavy set woman putting on lip gloss and not standing at the register to greet people. She is working in the back and running her mouth. What kind of workers are these.

  Been here twice within the last week. The first time my wings were cooked and sauced perfectly, but the fries were cold. My second time, the wings weren't cooked to my liking, per the special request to cook thoroughly AND fries were cold. Both times my order was sitting and waiting before the promised time which leads me to believe they aren't cooking the food fresh. Please do better. Customer service lacks as well, midday on a Wednesday the front counter worker was hiding behind the pickup shelves playing on his phone. Please do better.
