  Worst wing stop experience EVER! This is my first and last time patronizing this specific location. My order was marked as ready before I even arrived. I walk in and the screen reads the same. I tell the young lady my name, she comes back empty handed, my order disappears from the screen and I still don’t have food. I have to ask again and she turns her back and walks away as I’m still talking to her and asks the manager (I’m assuming) about the order. My food was supposed to be ready by 11:27pm. At 11:52pm, I was STILL waiting apparently on chicken because my order was allegedly never started. I didn’t receive my food until a couple of minutes before midnight. The customer service was awful with no signs of a care in the world for the restaurant full of people that were inconvenienced. This is absolutely unacceptable. I could’ve driven across town to another location and been home by the time I received my order. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
