  The new manager that works here on August 17th 2026 at approximately 4:15 p.m. Is by far one of the worst hires..... Waiting 38mins for 10 wings is CRAZYYYYY AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM! Where is popkorn where is karennnnnn this ridiculous It's now 518pm and I'm just now getting my 10 piece wings and small fry!!!!! From now on I won't come in here if I see this new manager.

  Not the greatest looking on the inside but for only two people working the entire store the food was very fresh, order was perfect. Both staffers were friendly just over worked I’m sure. They still did a great job

  After having a disappointing experience at another restaurant while visiting a new city, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received here from a GREAT EMPLOYEE NAMED MAR!!! From the moment we walked in, the he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He was extremely friendly, our food came out promptly, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. He truly turned our day around and reminded us that great service still exists. Thank you for making our visit memorable—we will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent hospitality!!!!
