Charles (the manager) & his, VERY caring staff, (Lee; Deepest Dee; Christy; Cordell; Cam,) go above & beyond, to make sure your packages, faxes, copies, E-mails, etc, is done with care, and I appreciate their efforts, expertise, & Professionalism!   I had an issue with a package, and Mr. Cordell was outstanding in helping me resolve it. He was efficient, quick, and very thorough throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. He is truly a credit to this store, and I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.   Came in today to just drop off a package. Cameron has a terrible attitude and does not greet his customers. Would not recommended this location.
