  I HATE going to The UPS Store for anything. They are extremely overpriced, and the service is lackluster at best. You either get great customer service or made to feel like you are inconveniencing them by being in the store. I bought a $10 item on Amazon, and when I did my return, I had to begrudgingly do my return with The UPS Store. For whatever reason, they would not give me Kohl’s as an option which is where I would rather do my returns because it’s a free & stress-free experience. I had to pay $6 at UPS to return a $10 item. They charge you $3 to print your label from their email and then $2 for a bag and another 30 cents for the copy. Price gouging and extortion. There is no reason I should have to pay that much. I can’t stand The UPS Store and their rip-off pricing.

  Recent new management. Associates are not as friendly/helpful as before. Also no notice on door about closures. Duh! Not all people go online when they are used to going to a store in person.

  I was charged for a computer usage fee to print a page. I never used the computer nor have an ever been charged a computer fee at any other location to print. I am highly upset

  The employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful. Even when there is a long wait, they make the experience easy and quick!
