Don’t you just love when a store manager is too busy having a side conversation with an employee about quitting to acknowledge you? No greeting, no eye contact—just jumps on a personal phone call during your transaction and treats you like an inconvenience for being a paying customer. That was my exact experience with the store manager, Takera.
Meanwhile, Ms. Selena was working hard, kind, and incredibly helpful. She managed to assist two customers while Takera had me waiting during her call. Huge shoutout to Selena for her professionalism—she’s the only reason I didn’t walk out.

Larry who delivers to Village Center Parkway in Stockbridge, GA everyday to our business is INCREDIBLE. He is like family to us. He brightens our day every time we see him. He deserves all the praise and a raise!!!!! Always early or on time, and always has a smile on his face. I cannot say enough great things about this man!

Fedex is a joke. I’ve recently watched a shipment of mine enter my state as its second stop and then proceed to travel to about 6 states of the midwest, multiple locations in each, then finally circle back and mosey to an eventual delivery in the southeast. Yesterday however the tracking on a different shipment reads ‘on truck for delivery, scheduled for next business day’ not ‘out for delivery,’ which I’ve seen before and it definitely does NOT come that day. This morning I see the tracking reads ‘attempted delivery at 07:38pm.’ Funny because not only was I here, not a one of my security cameras captured the attempt. Tells you something when their automated system doesn’t even know the difference between 07:38 and 7:38pm. And the phone operators who are apparently in India are useless. Do yourself a favor; if you have a choice, use any other service than fedex. They take no responsibility for their abysmal delivery services.
