  Big S/O to the store manager Jessica. I came in on 04/16, with a sim issue on my phone. Jessica immediately began to ask questions to best assist with troubleshooting my device. From conversation to helpfulness this store is astronomical . S/n: the phone I was inquiring about was dead as well. She literally charged my phone all while troubleshooting my device . I couldn’t thank you and your staff enough Jessica !!

  Every time I come into this cricket since I have switched over has been amazing, the manager Dannie was great and very knowledgeable and made my transition easy, the staff was whitty and very helpful , my honest opinion is that there are going to be people come in n out upset but don’t be at this store because they are doing their jobs of the company, I only come to this location to pay my bill now GREAT GREAT GREAT

  Chepo phones they say you get a galaxy but it's a chepo version that you can't find cases for that is the worth resale
