  Came here 3 times, each time things have been wrong . From waiting over an hour for food with my one year old , to food not being well done and getting an attitude for sending them back , to food being too salty. Today I ordered two 8 piece combos extra well done, which they WERE NOT! Everyone looked at each other with an attitude , then I was told it’ll take 20 mins. So by then my fries were cold and the wings still weren’t right . Ridiculous honestly!

  I walked in to pick up my order and two women were behind the counter and immediately one of the women stated she was off the clock so the other woman asked for my name. The woman “off the clock “ looks at me and says there’s no order for “X”. I told her that wasn’t my name. Meanwhile, the other woman starts looking for my order and the other woman tells me again that there is no order for that name. Yet the other woman grabs my order and tries to give my order to the customer standing there who obviously doesn’t have an order in their system. I had to ask for cups because they didn’t know my order came with drinks. Then I go to get my drinks and there’s no ice. I asked was there any more ice? The woman tells me there should be but I said but there isn’t. She just looked at me crazy and walked off. The food is good but their service is horrible. Employees could care less if they have repeat customers or not. I will likely not.

  Every time I order a large voodoo fry the portions are smaller and smaller each time with barely any seasoning or ranch and cheese on them. And the workers just look at you like you’re the problem but I pay almost $8 for it and I want what I pay for this needs to be fixed immediately

  i asked for boneless wings and patricia was such in a rush to take my order when i was the only person there mind you and gave me classic wings .. just so she can sit down and go eat afterwards

  Says it is open till 12am on the app. Just walked in at 10:50 after driving 15 minutes to the store just for them to say they are closing at 11 and you can’t place any orders.
