  My package has been stuck at this store for 5 days now. I dropped it off Friday at noon. It’s now Wednesday at noon and UPS tracking says they’ve not received it. I’ve called and stopped by every day this week to find out where my package is but the store has been closed all week. From what I can gather, it’s closed due to the internet being out. I can understand an internet outage, but I don’t get why my package hasn’t been handed over to UPS. This was an eBay sale which makes it time sensitive. My buyer wants to know where their package is.

  How about I drove all the way to the ups store expecting them to be open since the website says open until 3:30pm. I get there and they’re closed… and have some excuse of a sign on the door saying they might….. be open on Monday. Like what?!?! Statesboro do better because what is this! No rain no nothing sunshine out so can’t even use the excuse of “Oh we’re closing early because the weather is bad”. Give me a break.

  Terry was here on a Sunday and was working alone, people were pouring in. A line out the door. He was so calm and so kind and very apologetic for the wait. Everyone here was so grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. Please give this young man a g man a raise!

  TERRY WAS BY HIMSELF ON SUNDSAY 5-17-26 THIS YOUNG MAN WAS SO BUSY AND STAYED UPBEAT AND POLITE TO EVER SINGLE CUSTOMER THAT CAME AND WENT WE ALL THOUGHT HE DESERVED A PAY RAISE AND A PAT ON THE BACK. KITTEN

  Had the pleasure of having Terry check me out today and I must say this young man customer service was top tier. I didn’t have everything together to do my return and he was patient with me. The store was getting crowded and not one time did this young man push me off. He allowed me to gather my items so I could checkout. Thank you Terry for your wonderful service. UPS you really have a great person working for your establishment (Statesboro location)
