  If I could I would give 0 stars!! My husband and used to love this location but the last two times the lady didn’t make our sandwiches as we ordered on the online app. She didn’t toast the sandwiches we asked her to fix it and she burnt them, the bread was hard as a rock and the wrapper was brown my husband took them back and she said something about that’s how the new bread comes out of the toaster now. I didn’t know they changed the bread but ok whatever can you fix it. She said it’s going to be 30 mins. This is insane 30 mins to make a sandwich this lady was rude from the get go she didn’t wear a name tag, no hair net and when I told her we would be calling the manager she said ok but you are no longer welcome at this location. First off the owner or manger needs to tell me this not the sandwich maker and if this is how the sandwiches are going to be made I wouldn’t want to come back anyways. Food cost entirely to much when I buy a $10 sandwich without a drink and chips I expect it to be at least edible. This was not, the bread was like bitting into concrete. Terrible service terrible food and terrible rude employees!!

  I could have put less than 1, but it does not let me. However, when I was ordering my food, then I needed the white bread but that was not fresh and broken. When I was eating that, then all of the ingredients fell off of the sandwich, and that is something to consider. Also, I literally see no one in the restaurant, due to the reviews I looked at. Also, the staff tends to take longer time and there is just only one staff in there. In short, there needs to be consistent staffing at this location and fresh bread.

  The lady was absolutely rude, We asked her a question and she rolled her eyes the refused to make my order how I wanted. Last time we came she completely ignored us And when we went to leave, she said I’ll be with you in just one moment, but never spoke to us before that. We waited for about 10 minutes before we decided to leave due to the rudeness.

  STILL 2 MUCH BREAD COMPARED 2 OTHER INGREDIENTS. THE MEATS ARE NOT TOP QUALITY N SEEM JELLY LIKE. SO UNLESS U GET A LOT OF ADDED EXTRAS UR ONLY GETN A SANDWICH
