    Made an online order and came to pick it up after it said it was ready on the app and when I got there they said they never got it. Showed them the charge on my card and they did nothing about it, just said to come back the next day and hopefully they can resolve it. Safe to say I won’t ever be coming back.

    The guy is so very kind and did very well making my sandwich and asking how everything was. The girl checking out? So, so rude. Whole attitude. Clearly doesn’t want to be there and makes it feel very hostile.

    Firstly, I'm not a native to this city and I used the mobile app to make my order. What I didn't know is that there are two subways roughly a mile apart from each other. The one I thought I placed the order is in a nice spot that makes getting in and out a breeze. The actual place that I mistakenly ordered to is rough. Not to say that the eatery was dirty, but it was uninviting. It'll need a revamp if all possible visually. Nonetheless I have no problems with the food there. 👍

    I want to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. When I walked in, I saw several roaches crawling on the walls, which made the place feel extremely unsanitary to me. During my visit, I also heard language directed toward me that I perceived as homophobic, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I personally would not return and hope the business addresses both the cleanliness concerns and how customers are treated.
