  I bought a phone and took it into this location - Statesboro, Ga. The saleslady immediately said you could have bought your phone here. She was not helpful with questions I had, and not helpful in setting up the phone. She put the phone in my husband's name, so all I do and email sign ups were his, plus did not transfer anything over to the new phone. When I tried to get the apps for restaurants, they all came up for another country. Ended up having to take it to another Cricket store where they had to set it back to factory reset...a lot of time wasted all because she was mad she did not get a sale. Won't use them again. Found a store with great customer service that were very caring.
