    If I could give 0 stars I would!! Why is this establishment still open? This is not my 1st bad experience with this establishment, but I can reassure you it will be my last visit until they get new management and staff!! Let me start by saying whenever you enter the restaurant you are greeted by nasty attitudes, ugly looks, & individuals that seem as if they hate working THE SUBWAY JOB THAT THEY APPLIED AND WERE HIRED FOR!! I enter the establishment, not greeted at all. I proceeded to order a wrap and asked for the wrap to be toasted for 10 seconds…. I understand that it’s not the companies policy to toast wraps, apparently neither is good customer service… My complaint is about the customer service that the ignorant grumpy caucasian skinny individual who identifies herself as the shift leader displays… She was very rude & instead of informing me on why it couldn’t be done, she proceeded to argue with me about her not doing it… According to the other reviews here, her rude attitude & behavior is no surprise to the community… Fast forward to the next morning I called the store to speak with the general manager and the same individual answered the phone… Her mouth is so smart but she’s so ignorant she didn’t even know how to put the phone conversation on Mute as she told the manager she did so I was able to hear the entire conversation between her and the manager… After hearing the conversation between the shift leader and the manager, I’ve come to conclusion that customer service is not affiliated with this Establishment and the managers are just as bad as the employees… They will forever be fast food workers because any establishment with morals or values will not tolerate these behavior that seem regular here!!! Not to mention 8/10 the Vegetable aren’t even fresh!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
