  Made an online order on a Sunday for 8:15 pick up. Was at the store by that time and the store was closed!!!! Online order confirmed! Called Monday, the manager answered and said they were busy but to go to the app and cancel the order. Told her I couldn't because it was confirmed and by Monday morning it was marked as "picked up". She told me she would call me back Tuesday. I have been calling every day since (today is Thursday) and can't get answer on the phone!!!! Wasted $25 and used rewards points for a free footling so I guess those are gone now too!!! Tried to go by the store today at 5:30 and they were closed!!!! Hours posted say closed at 9PM!

  Employees were both slow and had issues speaking out loud to ask questions/listen about the ingredients of the sandwiches.
