  I placed an online order at this restaurant. It took over 40 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time I received it. My app said that it was ready after 20 minutes. I went to the counter and the employee said it was not ready and the app was wrong. I waited and watched the ENTIRE LINE get served, while a group of people that had online orders were ignored. Finally, I joined the physical line (they only started to prepare my order after they saw me get in line). I politely asked the employee if their Mobile ordering system was down, or if they had anyone preparing mobile orders. She said that they were “just busy.” I asked if it would be quicker to place the mobile order anf join the physical line as soon as I place it. She said it would probably be quicker that way. Which confirms my theory that the mobile orders are deprioritized. She gave me my order without apologizing for the wait or inconvenience. I will say, there is an all star employee that is normally running the show. I do not know her name. She has blonde hair and often wears a protective mask. She is extremely helpful and friendly. When she is there, everything seems to go smoothly. And when it doesn’t, she makes sure to apologize. When she is not working, this location struggles mightily.

  I tell you, this subway is generous. Their serving is worth it. Bigger bread than some Subways here, they stuffed it. The ones in walmart industrial blvd they suck, too small of a bread= less toppings inside. Fresh and hot. its also participating location for coupons.

  The young man working the register with the long hair and glasses constantly makes rude comments to customers. Have witnessed it on multiple occasions and today it was aimed at us. I understand everyone has off days but to constantly be angry and just have a poor attitude is not how you should be while at work, very unprofessional

  My online order was ready on time. All 3 sandwiches were made to order correctly. Pickup was easy. And everything tasted fresh and delicious.
