  Really disappointed. I rushed over and got there a few minutes before closing, only to find the doors already locked. I could clearly see an employee sitting inside on their phone, which made it even more frustrating. If you’re going to close at 6:55pm instead of the posted time, then update your hours. Wasted trip and left a bad impression. I used to work in the restaurant industry, and I never allowed my employees to close even a minute early. People are often rushing after a long day just to grab something or get something done for them or their family. As a business owner, if you want employees out earlier, then adjust your hours to something like 6:45pm instead of listing 7pm and closing before that.

  I came in today with a mess of unsorted, open packages and was feeling pretty disorganized. Sales Associate Chuck was incredibly patient and kind. He helped me get everything in order and processed my shipments quickly without any stress. Truly grateful for his easy demeanor and great service!
