  This location is overpriced. They quoted me $100 to overnight a package. I took the exact same package to FedEx and paid $51. They also charge to print an Amazon return label. Most UPS stores I’ve been to that handle Amazon returns have a machine where you simply scan your barcode and print the label yourself. I don’t mind paying for convenience, but these prices are excessive. I definitely recommend comparing prices before shipping anything from this location.

  Older African American lady at front desk was rude and snippy. Needs to definitely work on her tone and her customer service skills

  Really disappointed. I rushed over and got there a few minutes before closing, only to find the doors already locked. I could clearly see an employee sitting inside on their phone, which made it even more frustrating. If you’re going to close at 6:55pm instead of the posted time, then update your hours. Wasted trip and left a bad impression. I used to work in the restaurant industry, and I never allowed my employees to close even a minute early. People are often rushing after a long day just to grab something or get something done for them or their family. As a business owner, if you want employees out earlier, then adjust your hours to something like 6:45pm instead of listing 7pm and closing before that.
