I made a mistake on how I packed something to be shipped out, but the man who helped me at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my mistake. Thank you so much for having the best people working at this location!! I’ll always come here from now on.

Got to the ups store right around 6:00 p.m. The driver of the truck was there and was actively loading. The employees of the ups store refused to take my next day package while the driver is there just because it was 6:00 p.m. and told the driver to leave without my package while I was standing right there. These people are not courteous.

Great facility and staff! Staff was courteous and professional. I was greeted when I walked in and the staff was kind at the counter. There was no line but had there been it would have been a short wait as the store was staffed appropriately. Clean store, great location and they appeared to be well stocked with supplies. This might be my new go to UPS!
