  I made a mistake on how I packed something to be shipped out, but the man who helped me at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my mistake. Thank you so much for having the best people working at this location!! I’ll always come here from now on.

  Got to the store right around 6:00 p.m. The driver of the truck was there and was actively loading. The employees refused to take my next day package while the driver is there just because it was 6:00 p.m. and told the driver to leave without my package while I was standing right there. These people are not courteous.

  Great facility and staff! Staff was courteous and professional. I was greeted when I walked in and the staff was kind at the counter. There was no line but had there been it would have been a short wait as the store was staffed appropriately. Clean store, great location and they appeared to be well stocked with supplies. This might be my new go to UPS!

  Customer service needs some training. I walked in the store at 5 o’clock to print a poster. They told me it will be $15 a day of plus a $30 rush fee. The store closes at 7 PM. I do not understand what the rush is specially since they advertise same-day service. I will travel across town to any other UPS store before I ever go back to this one.

  Devin was awesome. He actually opened the door after they were closed for 6 minutes when he say me. I had left my cell phone and he graciously opened the door so I would not have to go without it overnight. I wanted to post a review singing his praises. Thank you again.
