  There is a serious customer service issue here. They use young employees to be the front for their disdain for their customer base in the area. The management or ownership can be seen in the background watching to ensure the younger employees follow the script. This location also tries to charge for Amazon returns. You should NOT pay for Amazon returns. They have an agreement with Amazon and likely get paid to be a partner. Return your Amazon items somewhere else. The UPS store in Snellville on 78 near the city buildings will treat you better.

  They dont show up on time. I was at this location at 8:30a and no one was there. I called the location, no answer. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a company representing the UPS brand. Do better...

  Today I visited the UPS n I jus knew I was going to be piss but to my surprise I was assit by Jesse n Nahal they were amazing ; attentive n very kind to everyone despite our varying personas n moods. As a veteran n timid person I was very pleased . Many pp of all backgrounds in one place n witness humanity at its best in motion . If u want good service n dignity this is the location to come too n no I didn’t get paid for this im from nyc no fluff jus truth
