When i checked my mailbox, there was a paper coupon flyer for Subway. I took a coupon with me, 2 footlongs for $12.99.
When i arrived, i told the worker what kind of sandwich i wanted. They only had 3 kinds of cheese, Cheddar wasn't one of them. The worker didn't even ask me if i wanted Mayo, even though i saw the tube in their condiments station.
When it was time to checkout, i presented the paper coupon that expires 2 months from now. The worker told me that they don't accept paper coupons anymore. It has to be an online coupon. Even though the paper coupon had a QR code and the register had a QR scanner. Worker also informed me that the manager said everything was too expensive. It is really expensive or is the manager more worried about their paycheck profits?
Worker also said they could do a discount of $6. My 2 footlongs and 3 cookies totaled $18. It was 2 Hispanic ladies working the store. Don't bother eating here. Go to a store and buy your sandwich ingredients.

I had a really disappointing experience with an employee named Cal at Subway. Customer service was extremely poor. Cal came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping.
When I tried to place my order, there was little to no communication, and I felt rushed the entire time. Instead of making the experience pleasant, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic respect and professionalism.
I hope management addresses this because experiences like this make customers not want to return.DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM
