  I AM A DISABLE MATHEMATICS TEACHER. I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES. HOWEVER, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF MICHELLE EDWARDS AND THE OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING SERVICE MANAGER MRS ARSEMA PATTON, SHE HAS GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP AND ASSIST ME. SUCH SPIRIT ARE RARE IN OUR MODERN WORLD. I WILL RECOMMEND FAMILY, FRIENDS ,TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS TO CONDUCT ALL INSURANCE BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE.

  I had a great experience working with this Allstate agent! After going back and forth with customer service and having difficulty connecting with my previous agent, it was such a relief to finally work with someone who was responsive, helpful, and willing to take the time to assist me directly. They listened to my concerns, helped me get everything sorted out, and even found a way to save me money on my insurance! I truly appreciated the personal attention and excellent customer service. It made a frustrating situation so much easier and restored my confidence in Allstate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

  I have been with Allstate Insurance Co. for over 20 years. I moved to Atlanta from New Jersey and noticed the vast difference between insurance coverage. I have taken the initiative to compare prices of insurance companies in this area to realize that Allstate is likely where I’ll stay. The homeowner insurance and auto insurance is reasonable compared to others. I would like to thank Ms Talitha Johnson for going out of her way to help me make sense of it all, Ms. Johnson deducted every promotion, drivewise credit and program eligible for me. She has a calm demeanor and speaks with a gentle voice that kept my level of stress and frustration at bay! I am truly grateful for her guidance.
