  You really have some great guys working at this location. Truck was out of commission due to an over-engineered battery terminal that would not tighten properly. I know advanced auto will loan you a socket wrench to tighten the terminal but I had to go in and out that door about four times asking for a needle nose pliers and a magnet (dropped the damn nut behind the battery). Not once did that gentleman get frustrated with me and was very friendly. Because of him I'll drive the extra distance from Loganville just to come shop here with these guys!

  Would give less stars if I could. Used to be my go to for all my equipment needs, but no customer service attitude, employees leaning on the counter telling you what they cannot do, not helpful at all. Came in to switch old batteries, same as I did before, this time they will not take the old ones for a core charge. Wish they had told me when I asked, before I carried them inside.

  Todd and the rest of the crew at the location are amazing! Might as well call them the Snellville Avengers because they were certainly heros when I arrived confused and distraught in my "new to me" used car. Not only were they patient and empathetic, they were extremely helpful and Todd took the time to educate me about my car. He even helped me put the plate back on the back. I know there are literally 5700 auto store places within a 5 mile radius but I'm telling yall...these guys are good and know their stuff!
