  I never place reviews but this wing stop honestly deserves 5 stars. Staff were amazing and the food came out fast and hot! Loving the Korean style wing!

  Checked in with an older woman employee, who told me she was making my order. I waited for 45 minutes, I was patient and didn't complain while I waited. After 45 minutes, the same employee told me the order had already been picked up. That should have been communicated to me from the beginning instead of making me wait all that time. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with a terrible attitude instead of an apology or any attempt to help. The employee even said she would fight me if I stepped into the employee area, even though I never did. I was frustrated because anyone would be upset after waiting 45 minutes for an order that wasn't even there like .What bothered me most was the complete lack of respect for my time and the lack of customer service. At that point, after waiting 45 mins . She could’ve should have at least tried to make the situation right instead of dismissing me. I would like the general manager to read this because this experience was unacceptable.? A Employee should not be threatening customers or delivery drivers, and situations like this should be handled professionally.I feel like this situation could’ve been handled differently if you actually had common sense and also treat customers like guests not animals and having some sympathy after 45 mins .The employee with the red hair was cool .

  This place has improved over the last year. The food is still good & the service is more often good, rather than than bad. I wish more fast food places would implement glove usage when handling food, but it was good & we'll be back for more.
