  Within the past two months, I have used this UPS Store to process Amazon returns, and three times I received emails from Amazon stating that my returns were never received. I’m now being contacted by Amazon and charged for items that I already returned. I’m not sure what is happening with the returns after I drop them off, but this is completely unacceptable and has created unnecessary issues and stress. I have never experienced this problem with any other UPS Store location. If you are using this location for Amazon returns, I would strongly recommend keeping your receipt and tracking information and following up to make sure your return is actually processed.

  They have lost the last 2 packages I shipped with them. One for sure was sent with the Amazon returns. Don’t know about the last one yet. I’d never had a problem before but something has changed.
