  Had a document printed, notorized and shipped in the same visit for next day delivery. Package was never picked up. Store claims driver took it and didn’t scan it. UPS claims it’s lost in the store and never picked up and will not start a claim. The claim must start at the store and staff will not assist in starting claim. They place you on hold and walk away. After 5 attempts package has not been located and claim has not been started.

  I lost a package here valued at $200 with the workers having little concern on helping. The person before me was having a similar issue. All I got was “this is a weird scan, I don’t understand this.” And then I had to actually ask, well…is there any sort of way I can get help with this? I was sent off with a customer service number. Online has been no help either. Never again. I do not trust this place. Very sus.

  The schedule for Store is Monday through Friday till 6:30 PM. I got at 6:20 PM and it was already closed.
