  I use this UPS location fairly frequently and called this morning with a question. I noticed some negative reviews. For the last 5 years, I have regularly sent packages and used Notary services at this location. Every interaction has gone well and every employee I have encountered has been professional and kind. I really appreciate that there is a Notary Public working a good bit of the time. I sometimes don’t think to write a review when everything goes well and as expected.

  I’ve had a mailbox at this location for over 4 years and have consistently paid for my box every 6 months without issue. Recently, I received a renewal notice—after correcting a prior issue where notifications were being sent to the wrong email address. I reached out and explained that I had just moved and recently had a baby, and that I would come in to renew as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no option to renew online, even for existing customers. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing on the actual due date, only to be told that my mail had already been removed. Because of that, the owner required me to pay an additional “setup” fee to reinstate the mailbox. What was most frustrating is that this was the day of the deadline—not after—and I had already communicated my situation in advance. Even the clerk questioned whether the setup fee should be applied under the circumstances. As an attorney, I understand policies and deadlines, but I also understand discretion and customer service. After 4+ years as a loyal customer, there was no flexibility or courtesy extended. This experience reflected a clear lack of reasonable discretion (this is a franchise location) and consideration for long-term customers. It was disappointing, especially given my otherwise positive history with the staff.

  The people working here are rudest employees I’ve encountered at an UPS. Specifically the two ladies working on Saturday 3/28 at 4pm.

  I’ve been coming to this store for almost 8 years and have never had an issue. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized. I just called the store to resolve an issue and got a human on the phone who helped me. What more can you ask for?
