  Absolutely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and you can tell the employees genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, the bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and everything tasted great. The service was quick without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to visit a place where you receive great food AND genuinely good customer service. If you’re in the Smyrna area and craving Subway, I definitely recommend the location on Concord Rd. I’ll happily come back again!

  Placed an order on the app for pickup at 2pm, it seemingly allowed the payment to go through but never gave me an order number on the "Confirming Order With Store" step. Odd, so drive to the store to check. Worst case I talk to someone at the store. Someone was inside but door was locked. Tried to call the phone number to the store and the line was dead. So idk maybe they're renovating or permanently closed. Would've been nice to know. Now I gotta make sure my card doesn't get charged for the order.

  My husband and I stopped in here for lunch. Very friendly very clean my husband asked the manager's name and the lady who served us Marcus & Deanna 💖 we will be back! It was excellent! Thank you Subway 822 Concord Smyrna 30080

  I just had one of the best experiences at my local Subway, and I had to share it. In a time where so many places have lost what made them special, this location truly keeps the original spirit of Subway alive. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in what they do—but what really makes this place stand out is the people. The owner is incredibly kind and hands-on, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their business and the community they serve. There was also a female employee working who was just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Together, they created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. On top of that, the freshness and quality of the ingredients were outstanding. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant, the bread was perfectly baked, and everything was prepared with care. It honestly reminded me of how Subway used to be—the kind of place where you could count on a consistently great, made-to-order sandwich every single time. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional service and high-quality food so consistently, but this location truly does both. If you’re looking for a Subway that still delivers that classic experience with top-notch quality and genuinely great people, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back.
