  I wished it was a zero for me to give DHL zero . The worst! Important overnights Delivery since Friday today is monday 5pm and still my documents hasn't been delivered. Called several times, ever time they're saying the driver has it. Am pissed. This has inconvenience me very much. $140 for overnight service with my document and they're not where near Delivering.

  Let me add my experience to the list. Was supposed to have my package delivered today 5/15. I work from home so I’m literally stalking this package because I need it for an appointment tomorrow. You know what happened, you guessed it. “Delivery attempted no response”. Want to know how bad I was stalking this package. Notification came at 4:00 and I was on the phone with customer service by 4:01. Begged if they could please reach out to the delivery driver and actually attempt the delivery. She said she would try, lies. They probably were still in my neighborhood when I reached out to them and was talking to CS on the phone. Guess who can’t go to their appointment tomorrow. Now I have to pray I can pick it up Monday and my package doesn’t get lost.

  I had a fantastic experience at this DHL location in Smyrna. Lynette, at the front desk, helped me send a package to Peru and made the whole process seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Based on this experience, DHL is now my go-to for all international shippin Thank you, Lynette.
