  One star. Package arrived in Atlanta on July 25 and has still not reached me eleven days later. A delivery attempt was logged on July 28 at 11 a.m. even though DHL texted me a 2 to 4 p.m. window and someone was present to sign that entire window. After that I elected to hold the package for collection at a nearby service point on August 3. I was then told an apartment number was required, which has nothing to do with a package being held for pickup, and told the package would be ready August 5. It was not. Tracking still shows the shipment on hold and the transfer between two facilities inside the same metro area has now taken three days. Every customer service contact produced a different answer and none of them were accurate. The individual agents were polite, but the station handling here has been genuinely poor.

  Worst ever experience, don’t use this company for shipping services…zero customer service. After requesting multiple times, spending hours with customer care was not able to get the package on time. Please learn few things from FedEx/UPS
