  Felipe provided outstanding customer service! He changed my battery quickly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and Felipe definitely went above and beyond. Because of him, I’ll be coming back to this Advance Auto Parts for my future automotive needs. Thanks again, Felipe!

  I want to shout out the amazing help I received from Felipe. He was knowledgeable and quick and helped me understand the prices differences. He even helped me with my car and I left the lot with all my problems solved which I didn’t expect at all. Felipe also gave me great recommendations to check out after if my problems continued. Stellar service!!!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Advance Auto Parts. I was deployed for six months, and while I was away, the person looking after my vehicle informed me that the battery was dead. I asked him to purchase a replacement battery so I could install it when I returned home. After arriving home Monday night, I installed the new battery the following morning before work. Later that day, I brought the old battery to the store, where an associate tested it and told me it had no issues. I asked if I could return the newly purchased battery since the original battery was still functional. The associate advised me to contact corporate, who then informed me that returns are handled at the store manager’s discretion. When I spoke with the store manager, I was told the battery could not be returned because it had been installed and used for one day. I was also told I should have brought the original battery in for testing before installing the replacement. Unfortunately, that wasn’t a realistic option given that I had just returned from deployment, needed reliable transportation for work immediately, and had been told the battery was dead. This is especially frustrating because my batteries routinely die after deployments, even when friends periodically start and drive my vehicle. Despite purchasing batteries with a three-year warranty, I have never received a replacement or refund when these issues occur. I expected better customer service and more reasonable flexibility given the circumstances. Instead, I was left paying for an expensive battery that I did not actually need. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Advance Auto Parts’ warranty and customer service policies.
