  Johnathon was super friendly as soon as we walked in the store tested my battery let me know I needed an new one got us in and out and a new battery installed in less than 15min very happy we shopped with this store.

  The customer service sucked. I just visited 10 min ago (9/10/26). It's advertised in the window "free battery testing." My husband politely asked if he could test a car battery for us. The clerk reluctantly stated that he was the only one working, there was someone else in the store so we would have to wait. Totally understandable. We said okay & patiently waited. The other customer exited the store & the clerk began to stock items on front register. Then, he walked behind the register into the back area, no words to us. By then another customer walked in. It was obvious that he was not interested in assisting us & we definitely would NOT spend one cent in a business that treated customers in that manner.

  I just want to acknowledge the staff that works there. These guys go above and beyond, to try and get parts for you. If they don't have the part, they search places you can get the items and recommend best options. Thank you Advanced Auto and I give great recognition to Felipe! Keep doing your amazing work.

  Felipe provided outstanding customer service! He changed my battery quickly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and Felipe definitely went above and beyond. Because of him, I’ll be coming back to this Advance Auto Parts for my future automotive needs. Thanks again, Felipe!
