  I came in today during my lunch break without much time to spare. I needed to trouble shoot a battery and find if I needed a new one. Jameka helped me and tested the battery. We found that the battery needed to be charged before they could test properly. Jameka charged my battery while I was at work. Upon my return she gave me great news telling me my battery was good and the battery just needed a charge. Jameka customer service was a breath of fresh air. Jameka made it very easy for me to get help I needed. She also helped with a check engine light code. I was having not having a great day. Jameka disposition was exemplary of great customer service.

  I was truly blessed by an Advanced Auto employee today. I needed a tail light installed and that angel was in the right place and time to help me. Thank you Mr. Walter so much. Tho it's not the first time I've been blessed stopping by an Advanced Auto store, they're so courteous, professional and actually care about their customers. They're hiring the best !!!

  I came to replace a loner tool there was two guys in the store working at the time but only one working the register. There was about 5 people in line the cashier was dealing with the same customer for over 15 mins while everyone else just had to wait in line. I asked the second guy can he step in right quick so that he can get the line down and he said he had to continue to scan inventory and place on shelves. I don’t come to advance auto often and I will not be coming back by far the worse store I’ve ever been in. Needs more staff
