  Excellent service this morning! I went to this UPS location and was assisted by two gentlemen who made everything fast, easy, and convenient. No wait, no hassle, just speedy and reliable help. It’s refreshing to get service like this. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10.

  I had such a wonderful experience at UPS thanks to Calvian. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my Amazon return. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he was also incredibly kind. He even helped me carry my package, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who provides service with such a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. Calvian made the whole return process smooth and stress-free. Management really needs to recognize employees like Calvian who represent the company so well.

  This place was ridiculous today. Came in for notarizing three forms. The person running the ups section did not know what to do. I repeated myself several times, explained the items on the form, and then she blamed me for not telling her there was a back side to the page. She didn't ask, and it's not my job to do for job. This process was unnecessarily stressful, time consuming, and I will never return.
