Too much salt!
So much salt I couldn’t even taste the food. Couldn’t finish, and that’s something for me. I wanted to like it but all I could taste was salt! Even on the fries, which I asked for unseasoned, I was shaking the salt off the fries!

COUNT YOUR WINGS! When you go to pick up your order, count your wings because they will try to rip you off! I ordered 20 wings and only got 16. Staff is rude and act like they don't want to see you. Leaving two stars since the wings are actually good but I think it's lousy to change extra for ANY dressing and celery when those should be free. Do better.

First time there, we'll be going back. The food is good, especially the Chicken Sandwich. For me.

First of all, the service is absolutely abysmal and I think we all know that. Customers know that, ownership knows that and couldn’t care less. First they were getting orders wrong, then pretending they never got your order, and now refusing to even take to-go orders. But, we don’t come there for the service— we came there because they had decent wings for a good deal. So we dealt with the terrible service.
Now, unfortunately, they’ve ended the good deals. I’m not paying $25-$30 for 20 small, dried out wings and the absolute worst service anyone could ask for. So, 15 years of me and my family visiting regularly has now ended.
Wingstop has essentially put themselves in the playing field of Wendy’s and Taco Bell as far as service and quality, but with much more inflated prices.
It’ll be interesting to see how long this business model stays afloat, especially considering the plenty of local small business competitors that offer better wings, and now for a much better price.
